Refund Policy
- We accept returns withinΒ 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be in new or slightly used condition, and include the original packaging when possible. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
How to start a return
- To begin your return, email us atΒ allthingsadorablis@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, weβll send a free pre-paid return shipping label and instructions for sending your item back. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages or issues
- Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
- Personalized/custom products
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty or hygiene products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
- WeΒ do not accept exchanges. If you need a different item, return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, weβll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method withinΒ 15 business days. Please allow time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
