While we work around the clock to ensure smooth operations, fast processing, and a magical customer experience, these are our current customer support hours:

  • Monday – Friday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM CT
  • Saturday – Sunday: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM CT 

Live Chat (In-store chat box):

  • Available 24/7 — if you message us outside of email support hours, leave your info and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can. 

Response Time:
We aim to reply to all messages within 24–48 hours.
